severe intervention on the body.
It is a package series of 5 sessions, focusing on weight, body image, eating habits, and belief systems around self love.

Non smoking Hypnosis
When you are ready to stop smoking, Hypnotherapy is a powerful method to help you become a non smoker.
In a hypnosis session, we take the client into a deep dream state, relax the conscious mind and allow the client to go deep into a quiet trans like state.
It's not about quitting smoking, because you can always go back to being a smoker again, its about being a NON SMOKER.
Its about forgetting smoking, and forgetting using this habit as a means to
"Re-leaving" stress and creating a healthier way to find relief.
